A certified neurologist, she graduated from Comenius University Faculty of Medicine in Bratislava and completed her specialization studies in neurology with a certification exam at the Thomayer University Hospital in Prague. During her clinical practice, she completed international internships focused on the diagnosis and treatment of strokes at Kepler University Hospital in Linz and the Hospital of the Brothers of Mercy in Vienna. During her study stay at the University Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, USA, she focused on the issue of acute strokes. She completed her postgraduate studies in neurology at Comenius University Faculty of Medicine in Bratislava, focusing on the treatment of strokes with an unclear time of onset. She also actively works as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno.
